Economic development,
with a global perspective.

I am an economic development leader whose career has moved through public service, international business, state and local economic development, and regional leadership. My earlier work with the British government at the British Consulate-General focused on technology and business development, providing firsthand experience of how companies and public institutions navigate different markets, priorities, and cultures.

Later roles in state government economic development, municipal economic development, and aviation broadened that perspective—from statewide competitiveness and business attraction to the practical realities of place, infrastructure, workforce, and community partnership. Along the way, my experience has included technology, manufacturing, global trade, talent development, and regional strategy.

Today, my focus is regional growth in Southern California. The common thread throughout my career has been translating between business and public priorities, connecting people who see different parts of the same opportunity, and helping turn complex decisions into coordinated action and long-term prosperity.

Growth is bigger than a transaction.

Economic development work made the wider picture clear: investment decisions are also decisions about talent, infrastructure, public priorities, and the long-term character of a place.

Progress people can see and share.

Today the focus is bringing employers, public institutions, educators, and community partners into a clearer conversation about what a region can become—and how to move there together.
